Loved every detail about our pleasant 4 nights stay here. The rooms were practical and large with 2 big windows and queen size bed, for instance, no complaints. It was in a central location, in downtown San Francisco.

Perfectly clean, luxury hotel, there was an impressive lobby. The property staff was professional and well-trained. We had a warm buffet breakfast with a wide array of meals. The hotel had a central location and it was just walking distance from Vessel.

Everything was very good, experienced staff, unbeatable location just off Powell cable car, San Francisco's prime shopping district. The rooms were contemporary with great view, queen size bed and excellent furnishings. I liked natural lighting.

Cozy place & immaculate room that was lovely. Urban style hotel with cozy furniture in the rooms. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, I liked bread, cheese, milk, jam and pastries they served. Efficient check in and efficient check out. All in all brilliant value for money compared to other hotels.
